Aim
This FAQ and HowTo aims to provide informative and brief (where possible) answers to questions users may find themselves asking when using ARCS services.
It also aims to provide some trouble-shooting tips which may prove a useful resource when encountering problems. A quick check here may solve your problem, so please do have a look here before contacting the Help Desk.
Structure
The sections will follow the structure as given in the "Services" menu at left. Depending on how much content there is for each section, the various pages may be nested.
Development
These pages will be developing over time, so our apologies if there is currently no content dealing with your specific problem- in which case, by all means contact the HelpDesk!
